Refund and Returns Policy

1. Craftsmanship & Handmade Disclaimer

Our designer art toys are crafted and assembled by hand. Due to the artisanal nature of these products, minor manual traces, slight paint variations, or small imperfections are normal and unavoidable. These are not considered defects. If you are a strict perfectionist regarding minor details, please consider this carefully before placing an order.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

International shipping involves uncontrollable factors. To protect your rights and ensure a smooth after-sales process, you must record a complete, unedited unboxing video as soon as you receive your package. This video serves as the sole valid evidence for any after-sales requests.

  • Recording Guidelines: Please film in a well-lit area using your phone’s rear camera (do not use beauty modes or filters).
  • Start by clearly showing the intact outer shipping box, the shipping label, and the sealed tape.
  • If you discover any damage or factory defects during the unboxing process, please immediately focus the camera on the affected area to capture it clearly.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

Designer art toys are limited-edition, customized collectibles. Therefore, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-quality issues (e.g., “I don’t like it anymore” or “I bought the wrong item”).

4. Factory Defects & After-Sales Service

If your product has a factory manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, we provide free after-sales service under the following conditions:

  • You must contact our customer support team within 72 hours of the package being marked as delivered.
  • You must provide the original purchase receipt/order number and the complete, unedited unboxing video.

If we do not receive any feedback within 72 hours of delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in perfect condition, and the order is finalized.

5. Exclusions from After-Sales Support

We reserve the right to refuse after-sales service under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide a complete, continuous, and unedited unboxing video.
  • Requests submitted after the 72-hour window has expired.
  • Damage caused by human factors, improper display, self-disassembly, or accidental drops.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers or second-hand markets.
