Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

The time it takes to process and ship your order depends on the type of product you purchased:

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of placing the order.
  • Pre-Order Items: For pre-order releases, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the specific product’s detail page. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may be subject to minor production adjustments. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will usually be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your package has been shipped from our studio, the standard estimated delivery time is generally 7 to 15 business days.

Please note: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional transit time.

3. Shipping Notifications & Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • How to Track: You can track your order directly via the link provided in the email. If the link does not display information, please copy your tracking number and visit https://www.17track.net/ for manual tracking.
  • Special Note for Thailand: Online tracking is currently unavailable for shipments to Thailand. For logistics updates regarding orders in Thailand, please contact us directly via our social media accounts.

Additionally, we regularly post major fulfillment milestones for our pre-order batches within our community and social media channels.

4. Customs Clearance & Delays

In most cases, we handle the customs clearance process for you to ensure a smooth delivery experience. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by random customs inspections or local procedures in the destination country.
