1. About Our Art Toys

Q: Are your art toys suitable for children?

A: No. Peanut Studio’s creations are designer art collectibles intended for display purposes and adult collectors (ages 15+). They are not standard toys and contain small parts.

Q: Why does my figure have slight variations from the promotional photos?

A: All of our art toys are carefully crafted and assembled by hand. Due to this artisanal process, slight manual traces, minor paint variations, or tiny imperfections are normal and make each piece unique.

2. Orders & Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide!

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: For in-stock items, we process orders within 3 business days. Once shipped, standard global delivery takes about 7-15 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific estimated shipping date on the product page.

Q: How can I track my package?

A: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. If the link isn’t updating, you can copy your tracking number and check it manually on 17track.net. (Please note: Online tracking is not available for Thailand. Customers in Thailand can contact us via social media for updates.)

Q: Can I cancel or change my order address after purchasing?

A: We process orders quickly. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@peanutstudio.art within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order.

3. Returns & After-Sales

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or has a factory defect?

A: We’ve got you covered! You must contact us within 72 hours of the package being delivered. Please provide a complete, unedited unboxing video (showing the sealed box being opened and the defect) along with your order number. This video is strictly required for any replacement requests.

Q: Can I return the item if I change my mind?

A: Due to the limited and customized nature of designer toys, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality issues (e.g., “I don’t like it” or “I bought the wrong item”).
